The higher the ambient light levels falling on the screen, the more powerful bulb you will need to achieve the desired result. While it is always preferable to reduce ambient light than increase bulb power, there are obviously limits as to the extent that this can be done.
You will find that your projector wireless technology will speed up the operation of setting up and using the projector. If you need to make this even faster, you can choose a model with the brightest possible lamp, and also one with increased contrast. These ate the major variables in a business projector, and to use them to their fullest extent you will need a high end projector. Only you know whether the increased expense will be justified. You will experience a great increase in speed and convenience just by making your projector wireless.
